Fill in the Claim Intimation Form

Step2:

Submit the following necessary claim documents

Bill of Landing ( incase of imports)

Bill of Entry (incase of impoprts)

Photocopy of invoice

Original/ photocopy of Insurance Policy/Certificate

Loss Vouchers

Truck Reciept

Short Landing Certificate (if applicable)

Ship/Port Survey Report

Claim Bill(In direct claims only)

Copy of General Average Guarantee( incase of General Average claims)

Copy of General Average Statement( incase of General Avegrage Claims)

Copy of FIR (if required)

Internal quality report of client (if required)

Any other document which substantiate the Loss

Undertaking of missing documents
